To myself:
It’s too late to make changes by summer, you know that. But it’s NOT too late to start now & make changes by senior year.
Just think:
•you’re going to an island over the fourth of July.
•you want to feel confident.
•you CAN do this!
Just think:
•of their faces when you go back to school significantly less pudgy.
•you won’t have to wear t-shirts.
•youll be the best version of yourself you can be!
YOU CAN DO IT!

It’s now 2012 and I can promise you that by the end of this year, it will be my LAST year of being fat and overweight. It will be my LAST year of wearing baggy clothes to hide my tummy. It will be my LAST year of not going swimming because I didn’t want anyone to see me in a bikini. It will be my LAST year of getting so insecure when people touch my tummy. It will be my FIRST year of being thin. It will be my FIRST year of being able to wear anything I want and still look amazing. It will be my FIRST year I can finally feel comfortable in my own skin. It will be my FIRST year of not comparing myself to other prettier or skinnier girls. It will be my FIRST year I finally become happy. 2012 will be MY year.
